Classes are weekly on Mondays and Thursdays at 12.05 – 12.45pm in the Sports Hall. Each session is £4 each, you can pre-pay for future classes if needed. Limited change will be provided.

The Adastral Fitness Club is a self-managing community that promotes colleague health and well-being through physical fitness activities and has been running on site for close to 30 years.

About Us

We encourage members of all fitness levels from complete beginners through to the more advanced  and the Club adapts fitness classes to meet the varied needs of our diverse population. Each member is recognized and appreciated for their uniqueness, and is treated with care and respect. The Club runs High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes, Spin (static bike) sessions as well as self-organised walking, cycling and running activities.

We are a fun loving friendly group with a wide range of ages and interests, so if you want to make new friends, have fun or simply get/keep fit then please come along!


No membership or advanced booking necessary.
