We encourage members of all fitness levels from complete beginners through to the more advanced and the Club adapts fitness classes to meet the varied needs of our diverse population. Each member is recognized and appreciated for their uniqueness, and is treated with care and respect. The Club runs High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes, Spin (static bike) sessions as well as self-organised walking, cycling and running activities.
We are a fun loving friendly group with a wide range of ages and interests, so if you want to make new friends, have fun or simply get/keep fit then please come along!
