AtLAS Communications Officer Cover Needed!

 For the last year, I (Ellie Phillips) have been part of the AtLAS committee as the Communications Officer. This means that I have been advertising AtLAS on social media and contributing articles to the Adastral Park monthly newsletter.

However, I will be taking a break from this role as I am going on maternity leave around the end of January 2025.

It would be great to find someone to carry on this communications role while I’m off!

AtLAS is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is willing to volunteer their time to be cover the role of Communications Officer.

Tasks will include:

• Helping to raise the profile of AtLAS and all our clubs.
• Liaising with the Website Administrator to ensure that the website is updated on a regular basis.
• Managing both our Facebook and Instagram accounts and looking to build on our social media presence.
• Working closely with the AtLAS committee and AtLAS clubs to gather content that can be shared with members and the Adastral Park community via our current communication methods.
• Helping improve our current marketing and communications plan.
• Attending monthly committee meetings.

In return, you will have the opportunity to build upon communication, marketing and media, social media management, graphic design, creative and innovative skills.
