The gym will be restarting its weekend opening as follows,

2) Booking System Removed
The booking system will be switched off from Saturday 30 April 2022.

We will be returning to the swipe cards used prior to lockdown, so please have a search around to see if can find your card.

If you’re a new member since March 2020, please see the gym team and they’ll issue you with your swipe card.

3) Cleaning Stations to Remain
While we are now working to the governments “Living with Covid” plan, we are also very aware that Covid has not gone away, so the cleaning stations, hand sanitisers and enhanced cleaning routines will all remain as they have done since our reopening.

A big thank you again from all the committee and Pro-Fitness team for everyone’s efforts in following the procedures to date.

AtLAS Sports Hall

The AtLAS Sports Hall will reopen for weekend bookings from Saturday 30 April 2022.

Badminton Club

Woodbridge Badminton Club will be running free badminton sessions in the sports hall at Adastral Park, open to all members of AtLAS, or potential members of AtLAS, i.e. anyone working at Adastral Park.

All badminton players are welcome. Please help us to manage the sessions effectively by contacting Dave Johnson in advance and providing your name, email, telephone and approximate level that you play at e.g. beginner, social, club. Dave can be contacted at or 0791 702 3888.

The sessions will be held 13:00-14:30 on Tuesdays in June 2022 (starting on 7th June). If you can’t make those times we would still be interested to hear from you as we may run other sessions in the future. (Also, we will be running regular club sessions at the Engraved Community Centre Sports Club during May and June on Friday evenings 8-10pm, but these are £5 each, not free!)

Our aim is to attract more AtLAS members to join the club. We also have a Junior section and offer competitive league matches. You can find out more about us at
