Monday – 12:00–13:00 – Strength and Conditioning
A strength and conditioning class that incorporates body weight strength training and cardio fitness to make a challenging workout. The sessions are constantly varied so every week is a different workout.
Tuesday – 17:30–18:30 – Volleyball
Volleyball, all are welcome.
Thursday – 12:00–13:00 – Circuit Training
A variety of cardio and floor work to tone and sculpt, burn fat and increase flexibility.
All classes are suitable for (and currently attended by) individuals of all ages, sexes, fitness and weight levels. Please talk to the instructor when you attend for the first time so that they can advise you.
All classes are in the Sports Hall (B73) – behind the old Cable Test House. Showers and changing facilities are available.
All classes cost £3.00 on the door. No membership or advanced booking necessary.
