Monday – 12:00–13:00 – Circuit Training
A wide variety of timed exercises set to music, suitable for all levels of fitness. A great way to improve fitness and stamina.
Tuesday – 17:30–18:30 – Circuit Training
An hour of mixed aerobic, strength-building and toning exercises – with a 40 min circuit section that changes on a weekly basis. Suitable for pre-ski, football and other fitness sports training.
Thursday – 12:00–13:00 – Total Body Conditioning
A variety of cardio and floor work to tone and sculpt, burn fat and increase flexibility. Class led by Sharon who has been teaching aerobics for over 20 years.
All classes are suitable for (and currently attended by) individuals of all ages, sexes, fitness and weight levels. Please talk to the instructor when you attend for the first time so that she can advise you.
All classes are in the Sports Hall (B73) – behind the old Cable Test House. Showers and changing facilities are available.
All classes cost £2.50/£3.00 on the door. No membership or advanced booking necessary.
