About Us

Promoting physical and mental wellbeing in an open and friendly environment that is actively inclusive. Promoting a holistic approach to learning to broaden the knowledge and understanding of studying a martial art by promoting learning and discipline in all areas as well as encouraging diversity to broaden ones knowledge.

Maintaining a cost effective, friendly and flexible approach where positivity is key in delivering a structured programme of learning where the instructors recognise the student as the significant element of the club.

To provide a structured programme of training in a safe and supportive environment that will encourage students to challenge their own boundaries to become a positive individual and team player that can return this ethos and spirit back in to the communities in which they live and work.
