Facilities
AtLAS offers something for everyone at Adastral Park. Facilities include a gym which is full of modern equipment and a fitness team on hand to assist with your workout if needed, air-conditioned fitness studio, a sports hall (including a full sized badminton, basketball, netball & volleyball court), tennis courts, a netball court and a new Clubroom with snooker, darts and table tennis. Members can also access our vast range of clubs from sailing to photography. AtLAS members can book these facilities using the SportsSoft Booking System.

BodyTalk Gym
BodyTalk Gym provides a great range of state of the art gym equipment with benches, racks, free weight areas and dozens of cardio machines.
All the equipment will be introduced to you by the friendly and helpful staff. There are multiple television screens showing TNT Sport, Sky Sports and BBC News. Music is also played to keep you motivated as you work out!
BodyTalk Gym Studio
BodyTalk Gym also provides a large studio room with mats, punching bags, rollers, spinning bikes and a large mirror along one wall.
Pilates, wing chun and spinning classes all take place in the studio.
Netball/Tennis Courts
We have three tennis courts. Courts 1 & 2 are complete with LED floodlights AtLAS members can book these Tennis courts.
Court 1 is blue and is a dual-purpose netball and tennis court.
The courts are away from the rest of the site in a quiet place by the woodland.
Clubroom
After the demolition of the old AtLAS Clubhouse at the back of site, a new AtLAS Clubroom has been under development over the last few months. This new room is situated around the corner from the BodyTalk Gym, opposite the old Amigos shop.
The room now holds a snooker table, a table tennis table, a darts board and even more space for other events. It is now available to book for all AtLAS members.
Sports Hall
The Sports Hall is the largest of the buildings open to AtLAS members. On the ground are markings for badminton, volleyball and basketball. Three shortened badminton courts can also be set up. There are changing and shower facilities beside the main hall.
Football Pitch
There is a five-a-side football pitch behind the sports hall. It is a concrete pitch and has tall fencing surrounding the perimeter.
Changing Rooms
AtLAS members have access to changing, showering and toilet facilities. There are also a large number of lockers. There is one disabled shower room, three private showering cubicles and a communal shower with several more.
There are also changing rooms and showers at the sports hall.
The Hub
AtLAS members have access to The Hub where hot breakfasts and lunches are served. There is a Cafe that is open for most of the day and a 24hr food and drinks machine.
- During working hours there is a WHSmith.
- Gianni’s barber is also based in the Hub.
- Plus, there is a cash machine, toilets, post box, seating and more!
