Join in the fun and excitement of sailing with APSC!

On Tuesday 9 April in the Hub, the Adastral Park Sailing Club will tell you all about dinghy sailing.

From high performance solo sailing to more relaxed social sailing for two or three, we can help to get you started. The Adastral Park Sailing Club offers a great opportunity for a variety of sailing experiences.

Our dinghies are located by the river Deben at Waldringfield, close to Adastral Park and a superb location for sailing.

Experienced sailors and newcomers are welcome with full training available by qualified instructors.

So come along to the Hub on Tuesday 9 April and chat with one of our friendly dinghy sailors to find out how you could join in the fun.

AtLAS has a new Treasurer

AtLAS is pleased to welcome Steve Willett as our new Treasurer, co-opted onto the Executive Committee. Steve has kindly volunteered to take over the role from Julian Gant, who left BT at the end of the Summer.

Steve retired from BT a few years ago after a 40-plus year career with the company. His most recent role, for the last sixteen years of his time with BT, was as a Systems Integrator, working in the Gemini building at Adastral Park. He's a long time Bodytalk gym member and is keen on all forms of cycling; commuting, off-road and especially road and club riding with Plomesgate CC. Steve plays an active role in the local CWU trade union branch, where he is their treasurer also.

If you want to send a message to Steve, click on Contact Us on the top menu and select "Treasurer" in the FAO field.

Welcome aboard Steve!
