User registration, guest pass booking and Cineworld vouchers are BACK

We've now reinstated user accounts (registration). This means online guest pass booking is back. We've also got a new Cineworld voucher offer for you.

We suspended user account registration at the end of 2017 - just to be on the safe side, due to some possible security issues. We're pleased to say we've improved user account registration, adding some extra security and other features along the way. You can now manage your account easily once registered - to alter your profile or reset your password.

You will need to register again. Sorry for that and for the longer than intended time that user accounts (registration) were "off the air".

IMPORTANT: AtLAS Data Privacy Update

The UK and EU laws on collecting and storing personal data are changing on 25 May 2018, headlined as 'GDPR' - the General Data Protection Regulations. We've always followed good data privacy practice, however we now have be more formal and rigorous about how we collect and use your personal data.

If you're an AtLAS member most of your personal data we hold was collected when you joined AtLAS. It's needed for us to administer your membership. In GDPR-speak we're holding it on a 'legitimate interest' basis. This means we won't be able to run your membership effectively without it. If you object to us holding it we may not be able to continue your membership.

However we do need your active 'consent' to continue to send 'marketing' information. e.g. for offers like the Cineworld Vouchers included in our Newsletters and other emails. If you don't consent, we'll only be able to send you basic information about AtLAS in future (e.g. AGM Notices, about your membership) – no offers or opportunities. IMPORTANT: We do not and will not share your personal data with third-party businesses or organisations for marketing.

We've just sent AtLAS Members an email asking them let us know their personal data preference. Please make sure you read the email and let us know your preference, as soon as possible.

We've produced a Privacy Notice. It explains in detail:

  • What personal data we may collect from you;
  • How/where we collect it;
  • What we use it for;
  • About marketing, disclosure, international transfer and how long we keep your personal data for and;
  • Your rights in relation to the personal data we hold on you.

Our personal data policy may evolve. If so the Privacy Notice will change accordingly. We will notify you of any significant changes.

AtLAS Affiliated and Associated clubs and societies are separate organisations, with their own officers and constitutions. They'll need to comply with the GDPR individually. However we intend to send them guidance.

Guest Pass Request Form NOW LIVE

An easier automated way to book passes for your guest(s), for on-site activities at Adastral Park.

The Guest Pass Request Form - NOW LIVE - is a new feature of the AtLAS website - it will let you book passes for up to four guests quickly and easily and lets our reception colleagues have all the information needed to produce guest passes.

Please note: The 'rules' for AtLAS guest access (for unsupervised/individually booked activities) are still the same. The online form is an easier and more reliable way for users, especially regular users, to book guest passes though. The original Word document form can still be used, though we'd prefer you to use the online form please.

The steps:

  1. Register with the AtLAS website. You'll need to provide your AtLAS Member number (below for reference). This was sent you in the recent email newsletter that included details about the new online form. If you've already registered, you may still need to update your details to include your AtLAS Member number, to use the Guest Pass booking page.
  2. Login. Go to the Guest Pass Request Form. You'll see your personal details are already filled-in. You just need to fill-in your self-booked activity and guest details
  3. Press Send - Your request will be sent to Adastral Park Reception (and a copy request sent back to you). They'll then produce your Guest Pass(es) and confirm.
